1 1/2 years old refrigerator freezes over - Kenmore Refrigerator
My Kenmore refrigerator freezer developed ice and caused the fan to make a very loud noise. The technician said that this had been a common problem. He removed a peice of insulation and the problem was fixed. $241 charge less than a half an hour time spent. Nothing was replaced only something removed. This seems to be a product flaw ...who should be responsible.
