Mattress - Sealy Posturepedic Mattress

I bought a Sealy posturpedic mattress at Sears 5 years ago. It has a 10 year warranty and is sagging so bad that incas barely sleep. My wifes side of the bed saga too. I have head that if there are stains that you won't pass inspection for approval for a new mattress. (Are you joking) who doesn't have stains in their mattress after five years. This is just a customer device that keeps them from replacing mattresses. I mean of the mattress has a warranty for -0 years then they should honor if. We paid 1300 for the damn mattress thinking it would last. I am shocked that they of all stores(Sears is supposed to be a good reputable store) would not honor their policy. This little clause about the stains are a red herring. They really need to be reported and stop this scamming they are taking advantage of their customers!
