Sears Service Contract is a rip off - Kenmore Refrigerator
I made an appointment for a service call it took them over a week to have an apt
I took the day off and waited they never showed up. I called and they told me they had to remove the service person from the route and needed to schedule a new appt, I had to wait over a week for another appointment. It was my refrigerator and I lost all my food because of there delay. I put in for a food loss and they denied my claim saying is was a few days short of the one year. Due the inept service I received I believe they need to reconsider this claim since the delay caused me even more food loss. This is the not first
time I've had the problem with sears for a service call. They make a ppointments and don't show up all the time I was given a case # for the food loss It is 2516549. I would appreciate if you could look into this and advise me if they can honor this claim
