What a dissappointment Sears has been. Spent $1,200 for a mattress and had discomfort with it from the beginning. Contacted Sears with this problem and have been dealing with it for two years and just found out two weeks ago that they had ordered the wrong mattress!! Sears offered nothing for a mistake they made. WILL NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
