Sears cant fix my fridge

We purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears last July. We had a problem with frost in the freezer and, after several attempts by Sears to fix it, they replaced the fridge in November. About six months later we noticed the freezer was making a whistling noise for several seconds after we closed the door. Different Sears repairmen have been out five or six times trying to fix the problem. The fan in the freezer and the seal on the door have been replaced but the noise continues. The last repairman who came out was very rude to my wife and told her "they all do that" and made no attempt to repair it.

I'm close to the point of asking for my money back. However, I'd like to return the unit and choose a different model. I believe this model has a design defect and I'm just going to have more problems. I'll be happy if you let me pick a new model and refund any difference in cost (assuming the new model is less expensive than what I paid).
