Hi, my name is Danielle Fischer. I purchased several appliance from Sears a few years back from Westfield Shopping mall. I'm having the most trouble with my wash machine. :( it was purchased 9/22/12 sales check #018619028815. Less than three years old and it needs to be replaced.. Its a Kenmore Elite & I thought all were made by Maytag, but I guess mine was manufactured by LG. Within a year it started rusting. The rust is so bad now it is ruining our clothes with rust stains! :( it is also leaking and has caused mold on our walls behind it. The drum is broken and makes a loud banging noise when it spins. It doesn't always go through the rise cycle and often won't finish washing at all.. I am so disappointed with this machine and Sears.. can anyone do anything for me? The wash machine cost $900 and we don't have the money to replace it no should we after less than 3 years. :(
