    The water tank of this coffeemaker leaks all over my counter. It has a 5 year guarantee and is only 1 year old.   • No delivery , bad customer service

    I ordered a whirlpool washer yesterday online. Showed it was in stock and would be delivered next day. Got an automated call that it would be delivered between 8:30 and 10:30 am. They texted me a tracking app. Every time I checked it the time was moved up. I called at noon was told it would definitely be here today. Tracking just stopped then.   • Delivery of air conditioner if I ever get it.

    I have always been a sears buyer and an associate for 8 years. Now I purchased a window air conditioner from Eastland Sears from a very nice associate. They set up 2 appointments with me. The problem is that I have to answer the phone or they cancel. I have told them that I work 3rd shift and I am sleeping and to just come and knock on my door but they won't do that.     I purchased a microwave from Sears store in Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax VA. I returned it a few weeks later and purchased a $500+ Microwave with 5 Year Warranty for a big home remodeling project.   • Do not honor a clear cut lifetime warranty

    I have taken my Machine apart for repair, And noticed that the Stainless steel drum is corroded to the point of collapsing and then it will flood my house. The warranty on the Drum is LIFETIME.     Bought a ring and care plan at Sears sent the ring out to be resized. I went to pick it up one evening, tried it on to make sure it fit and went home.     We took a chance and bought our wedding rings from Sears. I sent them in to get Weld together. They took from the 9/14 to 10/25 to get done. Every time I would call to check on them the number would disconnect me after so many rings. I tried different departments at the Jordon Landings store with no answer.     Bought this machine in December of 2013. Within the 1st year it had to be rebuilt. In March of 2016, water leaking from underneath the machine, shaft, other various parts and tub seal replaced again.     Impossible to get a replacement mattress. It's a plush mattress so the side that has the sag isn't visible but you can definitely feel it when you lie down in the center of the bed.     I bought a mattress and a cover (which I bought with Shop-rewards points from the matresss I just bought) at a store. I have had to replace the spindle and wire, plus carry it to a local repair person numerous times when the wire run off the grooves in the spindle. It is very hard to access the nuts underneath to take the spindle and wire off. The plastic spindle also cracks or chips when the deck gets in a bind and the wire brushes over it.     Bought a lawnmower form Sears Online store after receiving the mower I wanted to return it (unused) To purchase a large engine size. I took the mower to the local sears store with the return number, which the local store accepted, but they could not issue a refund on their computer because the price online was lower than the store price and the software would not allow the store to override the price.
