    On Saturday 7-22-17 we had a New Freezer from Sears delivered. It was raining so I gave the guys towels . After they left My husband said, they Left their keys on the towel. So I called them immediately. They told me the Keys are Not their keys. My husband saw the driver remove them from his pocket , cut something and lay them on the towel .     To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a home and placed an order at for a Kenmore Pro 79993 refrigerator with a five year warranty. My order number is 849551567. The condition of the item stated that there was only a dent on the side.   • Outdated gift card

    I purchased a $100 gift card for Christmas for my mother in 2005. Shortly after that she became ill, suffered a stroke, dementia with all the problems associated with those issues. She must have stashed the card away somewhere and it wasn't found until recently. I called Sears gift card department and they say they can't do anything.     I bought a Sears Kenmore refrigerator and the Freezer went out 9 weeks ago! I have had 3 repair guys show up taking 2 to 3 weeks each time for them to get here and lost 3 freezer-fuls of food!     I had written a complaint on another Sears sight 1/17/17, but never heard back. I had purchased 2 revolving Christmas tree stands on Friday 1/17/17.     I ordered a treadmill on January 4, 2017 and the delivery company that Sears use cannot seem to get the order to me.   • Sears warranty replacement services for lawn tractor

    We had the mower deck fall off from our Craftsman tractor #20393 which was still under warranty. A replacement deck was ordered by the service repairman on 6/13/16.     I bought a Kenmore Power Miser 9 year warranty water heater Jan 2008. It developed a leak. I didn't want to wait so went and bought a competitors model and had it installed. I have the Kenmore in my garage and called several phone numbers and was told that to maybe get an exchange I would have to have a service call (they est $100) to evaluate.     I have been trying to get the status of an order placed with Sear two weeks ago. The item was charged to credit card and I received shipping notification the day after. The label has been created for UPS but the item hasn't reached UPS. What is more annoying is the item is shown as delivered on my account order history.     My refrigerator stopped working after just 2 1/2 years. I contacted Sears repair and they could send a repair person out 4 days later, and I'd have to take off work to accommodate it. Their cost was $280, or $85 for the home visit to be applied to the cost of the repair. I called a local repair person and he came out in three hours so I lost very little food.     Hello, I have been trying to get a new Serta Lonewood II "Pillowtop" mattress exchanged for months! I bought on=line last May and called Sears inside of 1 week after it was delivered.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I have been a Sears customer for over 45 years, and have held many service contracts with them for store bought appliances and equipment during that time. In the last year I have experienced an unacceptable practice in the provision of services under my contract.     In September I ordered a $34 Lancome product online and should have qualified for the Lancome Free Gift with Purchase. I got my email order confirmation, and called sears, they said, yes, but that's because 2 items are entered, but only one goes through.     We bought a microwave a while back and i have never had one where I have to replace the lights. I am going to have to move the stove, take the microwave off the wall and believe we are older and that is a lot to do for us.     The information on fees for preventive maintenance was quoted at the time of scheduling service. There was no mention of labor fees being added to the amount.     I recently ordered a refrigerator door bin from sears parts direct. I ordered it online. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Now I am shipping it back and the correct part is being shipped to me. But I must share my feedback.     One year ago we purchased a new Kenmore Elite dishwasher. The service in the store was good and the salesperson knew the product. We paid to have the dishwasher we purchased installed. Sears contracts out that work and consumers should read the fine print so they know that Sears assumes little responsability for their contractors. Our experience with the contractor was not good.     What a disappointment! I paid over $1600 for this refrigerator, thought it would be great and it isn't. After 8 months the refrigerator side would not stay cool, up to 50-55 degrees at times.
