    I have put in 2 complaints to this site about Sears getting me help through my Master Protection Agreement regarding my boiler, but I want to add this: I have had this boiler under the agreement for many years now and any time I had a Sears guy out here, for a clean-and-check or a prblem, the service has been wonderful and the guys jst great at doing their job.     I went to the Olathe, KS Sears store and was assisted by Charles Joshua in the appliance department. I had an unusual situation as I was shopping for delivery of a product to a Sears store in Newnan, GA. Because it was a "hometown" Sears store, it was not possible to order directly from the Olathe store. Mr. Joshua suggested I contact the Newnan, GA store directly for a phone order even though it meant he lost the sale and the commission. However, Sears gained a customer as a result.     I spoke with a Sean (?) Carrol, operating manager at your NJ distribution center. He took the time to help me figure out what was wrong with my newly purchased fridge. I was ready to return it and go to a competitor when he walked me through the steps to diagnose the problem. This guy really cares about us, the customer. His knowledge of your products is astounding. He not only fixed a problem, but kept a life long customer. Kudos to Sean for his patience and caring demeanor.     I was out looking for a gift. A treadmill.Gordon Haydett was soo nice.Very helpful. He took the time to double check stock and made suggestions as well. I was at the Macomb Mall store on Sept. 25th. He was just so nice. I feel bad i didn't go back to see him.     The service tech I D # 0008185 was on time in a great mood and explained everthing i needed to know about my repair. He worked the whole time he was here "no goofing off time" and he knew what he was doing. (I have had some service tecs that were not as knoldgeable as this tech. All work was compleated to my satisfaction and i told the tech he did not have to clean up after he was done as i would get it but he insisted. Great Job !!! I was very pleased.     My experience with Sears home repair was different this time. I've had my washer and dryer for 7 years with a "MA". For 6 years the annual check took about 5 minutes to do, 3 weeks to get an appointment and I had to wait all day for the repairman. This year the repair was scheduled the next day in a 4 hour window to wait and Greg took the time to take the panels off the dryer and cleaned out 6 years of lint in places I didn't think lint could go.     My brand new gas Kenmore Elite cooktop made a loud cracking noise while I was cooking. Then it failed to ignite the burners. After checking house fuses etc. I called sears repair. They came out the next morning to fix it. I got a call the night before to confirm the appointment and a call in the morn to tell me they were on the way.
