    hi, because of one of your employees' graciousnes, friendliness, and product knowledge, I have become a regular and frequent customer of Sears; despite having been a cardholder for over 20 years. This outstanding employee is Bryce who manages the hardware department of the Lafayette, Louisiana store on Johnston Street at the Acadiana Mall.     I HAVE BEEN A VALUED CUSTOMER WITH SEARS SINCE 1982.I HAVE ONLY BEEN LATE ONCE....I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. ON OCT 4TH 2010 I WAS GIVEN A NEW CARD BY SEARS VIA THE MAIL......MY CREDIT LIMIT HAS ALWAYS BEEN 9,650.00. I TRYED TO CHARGE SOME EYEGALSSES ON MY ACCOUNT AND WAS DENIED.MY NEW CREDIT LIMIT WAS NOW 1300.00 DOLLARS BY EQUIFAX THRU SEARS.     Purchased a GE Built In Microwave at Sears last May. Undere warranty it had been serviced 3 times by a local appliance repair service to correct deficiencies - all failed. Sears Home Service Technician ID#0754572 came and repaired it today hopefully for the last time. Tech was calm, efficient and focused during repair. Did a good job and left the area as neat as it was before he arrived. Hope the repair holds up this time. kil More...

    I had very good response from the person that serviced my dryer. My only wish if the company can figure out away that I did't have to loose a day work to have someone come to my home. My schedule hours were 8 to 5. The person came at 3:40. A complete lost of pay for 8 hours.So I lost 120.00 + dollars and paid 200.00 for the repair. I think Sears can plan a little better then this.
