ANOTHER DIRTY LAUNDRY STORY


Sears does not stand by their products,
they have a customer aggravation service. Never a resolution just a hang up. And belive me that is after holding for 30 minutes. I will write on every web page that will let me complain about SEARS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. A KENMORE (GEE BACK IN THE DAY) WASHER 2 YEARS OLD NEEDS A NEW DRUM-WAITING FOR PARTS OVER 8 WEEKS (THEY WERE SHIPPED FROM 3 HOURS AWAY) AND NOW I NEED ANOTHER PART.
WILL THIS BE ANOTHER 8 WEEKS-GEE THEY OFFER YOU 100.00 TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT A LAUNDRY MATE WHEN YOU HAVE ALLERGIES.
GEE THANKS. OH AND THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU.
