BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT - repair refrigerator

I am very upset with Sears repair, 2 missed appointments, & several hours on the phone getting the run around.Customer soulutions is useless. !I will never buy a thing from Sears again! My motherand brother said they would also never buy anthing from sears because of my troubles with them. Thanks
