I am very disappointed in Sears services...why is it I can go to any other applicance place and have FREE delivery...even on a $200 microwave from Lowes....FREE delivery...We purchased a 31 cu ft Kenmore Elite...no free delivery....no wonder many go to other places...I have thought about cancelling my purchase and try other places...VERY ANGRY AT SEARS! even puchaed a stove at the discount Sears...another charge...VERY DISAPPOINTED.....
