Craftman Mower 247.28881 - RIDING LAWNMOWER

Purchase Riding Mower LT1500, model 247.28881 3/20/2011. When engaging the mower blades it had a vibration. I have called service center twice in a two week period. The serviceman explain that I must run the tractor on fully throttle, if you run at half throtte the entire tractor shakes. The serviceman said they have no fix. This is a known problem by the service center and local repair department. I tried to get a return order,but could not get by the customer service rep. Future buyers, before purchasing, start the tractor and engage the mower blades. I appear to be stuck with a manufacturer defect.
