Purchased an item from Sears on-line in Feb. 2011. Returned item per package instructions, had delivery confirmation. Still three weeks later no credit of $220.00. Sears has an "idiot" named Quintan Pearson who insists that I sent the package to the wrong place, but in fact it was returned to the Warehouse where it came from but no one at Sears can find it. Countless phone calls to this "idiot" Quintan Pearson have did nothing but aggravate me. I, however found the tracking number originally and indeed the item did come from the place where I returned it. This idiot Quintan Pearson who works for Sears Holdings insists it came from Wisconsin, himself not even knowledgable enough to know where it did come from. I am still out $220.00 but I will get to the bottom of it. I have my receipt and everything yet Sears does not even know where there item originated from. Perhaps Sears may be buying items on the "Black Market" and selling them to us consumers. In any event, save everything from Sears, they will try to "Scam" and "cheat" you out of your money.
