Furnace - Appliance Repair

I have called last Friday for help.

You installed a $4400.00 furnace in December. They told me to call if I had problem with the air conditioner (which was working) when summer came.

My air does not work since the furnace was installed. I have talked to Mark, your repair man, asking for time and service, all he talks about is all the work he has to do and thinks it is my air conditioner...He sure does not have the customer service as the man who installed it. He said he will come on Thursday, which is almost a week to get service in this 95 degree weather. I still don't have a time. ????

I feel when installed something was not connected to the air conditioner to work? Who am I to say, I am very diappointed in the follow up service. My furnace was costly....The best. I feel I should have good service
But what makes me upset is that the men who installed it said there may be a tweek for the air conditioner come summer....I am NOT paying for service on this. If there is air probems not related to the Furnace you installed, I do not want your air service, as customer service is aweful. Furthermore it worked prior when the furnace was installed.
