Kenmore freezer broken


Beyond frustrated with Repair Department. 1rst appointment rescheduled because I did it online, Per Sears Rep only CASH PAYING customers have that privilege I was a protection plan customer. Followed by part ordered was pack upside-down Rescheduled reason Techs van broke down. The Cherry on the cake was today rescheduled, Tech went to the WRONG HOUSE !!! YES my friends the tech went to my neighbors house
