Lawn Mower Fraud - Craftsman lawn mower

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS !!! They lie to people and hide things about the warranty of their products. They DO NOT respond when you need to use the warranty. The repair department in Utah is fraudulent, they lie about the problem of the products to AVOID HAVING TO REPLACE SOMETHING WITH WARRANTY!!. For those people who do not know "SEARS OWNS THE BRAND CRAFTMAN". Do not buy that brand because they do not respect the manufacturer warranty. To me what they do is a FRAUD and I hope they close all their stores so they don keep doing money by lying to honest people.
NO COMPREN EN SEARS!! ellos son unos mentiros que no respetan las garantias para los productos. El departemento de reparacion miente sobre lo que se necesita para arreilar los productos y haci no se hace responsible por las garantias. Para los que no saben SEARS es duena de la marca CRAFTSMAN y por lo tanto tampoco respetan la garantia de fabricante de esa marca.
