Lawnmower repair service


Ihave always been a faithful customer of Sears and always been pretty happy with the product and service. I recently bought a riding lawnmower from Sears. I also bought the extended warranty. My mower broke down so I called to have a repair man come out. They were suppose to come between 8:00-12:00. I took off work to be here. However nobody showed up. I never even received a call or anything. Needless to say I was very upset. So I called and they said it will be another 2 weeks before anybody could come again. IN the meantime my grass is growing up to my knees. I am wondering if this is how BAD Sears customer satisfaction service had become. And should a continue to be a Faithful Sears Customer??

My experience at Sears Hixson, Tn. My self-propelled walk behind mower was to be repaired. When my wife asked for assistance in loading the responce was surly, loading was done improperly and I (a handicapped stroke victim) had to strugle to reload it properly. We got home a found it obviously had not been tested because the self propulsion will not work.
