NEVER use the Repair Center - Kenmore Washer

Washing machine that I bought from Sears just over a year ago broke. Called Sears Repair Center and repair man came out. He broke the machine while trying to see why the hot water wouldn't come on. Called Sears the next day to have someone come out to at least make the machine work. Spoke to over 5 people who assured me I'd get a call back. I never did. Had to do wash at the laundry mat and the best Sears Repair Center could do was have some one out in 2 weeks. Customer Service lied when they kept saying someone would call me right away and a repair person could come out the next day. Only when I spoke to a supervisor that she said I'd have to wait 2 weeks.

Used an independent repair person who fixed it the next day. Sears refused to credit his visit of $65 saying I should have waited 2 weeks.

They are deceptive and NEVER use Sears Repair Center for any service needs.

I have experienced much the same issues as you have! Very poor - horrible - customer service!

I agree with you. I had the same problem with them and lost 2 days pay because after 2 weeks of waiting guy stated he did not have part on truck and had to come back.Could of had a different guy same day it broke but they said I had to wait for their guy.

You are right on - all true. You can't get anyone except a person in India who can't do anything and then they send you to their "supervisor" who is also in India; when asked where they are, they reply "I can't give you our exact location" I say "India isn't an exact location" . . . such crap.
