No call/no show for BBQ installation


Took the day off work today and no call/no show. No call from the installation service to say they were not coming. Had to call up the national number and they tried to call the installer and the installer's office was closed. What a waste of time. I had a lot to do today and was stuck. Good price on the BBQ, good customer service, but awful installers.
