My issue - truly more than frustrating - is that I never received approx. $3,000 in kitchen appliances from Sears (Received 2 of 5 large appliances in November '09) - I've been getting nowhere for over 1 year now with the store...From the Salesperson who continued to lie to me that someone was working the issue - to the warehouse who followed a script and couldn't talk like a human being, etc etc. Ultimately, they confirmed on the phone in November '10 that I didn't get the items (Really?? Why do they think I was calling and calling and calling). They say I must have cancelled the order which I did not - there were 2 sales tickets involved - I received the items from the 2nd receipt, but not from the first receipt). To date, I have not received credit back on my Sears charge card to pick out replacement appliances, have not been getting my calls returned, etc. Beyond frustrated and honestly, the file is now in the hands of their Operations Manager - If I don't get a response within the week, I will be filing a lawsuit. I have purchased Sears products practically my entire life - also worked for their Corporate office back in the late 80's in their buying department and have never had such an exhausting ordeal...my kitchen is still not finished because I refuse to pay money for appliances I already paid for. NEED SEARS TO STEP UP AND RESOLVE!
