Nordic track - Treadmill


Seems Sears has no interest in servicing Nordictrak Treadmill once warranty has expired - incredible run around, Sears only wants to sell parts (even when we don't know what's needed) ...and then when they can't sell you parts, they shift you off to an independent repair service whom Sears says is part of Sears - which it isn't. So Sears, pleae change your advertising as you do not service what you sell

I'm Scott with Sears Cares Escalations. I found your post here and wanted to reach out to you. I'm sorry to hear your Nordic Track treadmill is causing you trouble and inconvenience. I'm also sorry to hear about the stress Sears has caused. I wanted to let you know, however, that per Nordic Track's policy, once an item is outside of the first 30 days after purchase, Nordic Track handles all service & part related issues under their own warranty. Sears cannot sell parts nor service a Nordic Track item beyond the initial 30 day time frame; otherwise it voids the manufacturer's warranty. Naturally we'd love to assist you with this matter; however we cannot per the agreement established with the manufacturer. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please contact my office at searscares@searshc.com.

Boy, are you right about that. Don't buy anything major at Sears unless you know the manufacturer and trust they will help. No Sears Brands if you want to be able to get service or parts.
