Opened a Credit Account in my name without my permission


I made a purchase at Sears on 07/03/13 and was going to use an American Express.
The cashier asked if I had a Sears credit card and I said I did but did not have the
card with me. She said she would look it up. She asked some basic information
and a couple of weeks later I received an alert from my credit card monitoring telling me
a credit card had been issued to me. I did not apply for a credit card anywhere. The
same day I received a Sears credit card even though I already had one. This one had
a different account number. They had opened a new card in my name. I have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone at Sears for two days. I am furious.
