In September I ordered a $34 Lancome product online and should have qualified for the Lancome Free Gift with Purchase. I got my email order confirmation, and called sears , they said, yes, but that's because 2 items are entered, but only one goes through. As long as the "Discount Coupon" is still on the order, I would get my Gift With Purchase. But, when I picked my order up at my local sears pick-up place, the Lancome Gift with Purchase was not included! When I called 180026sears to see if my GWP could be sent, the Service Rep said, "oh, it looks like that part of the order was cancelled" when he tried to replace the order for me, hw asked which card to bill it too! It was supposed to be free with a $34 Lancome purchase. I am sad about it, because I almost never have a problem ordering from sears, catalogue or online. I will try to call again, and I hope to get my Lancome Free Gift with purchase.
