Parts Dept - RIDING LAWNMOWER


Ordered parts for riding lawnmower, now waiting 3 wks. No on seems to know where the parts are. Parts Dept. can not tell if the order has been filled or its statis. In this day and age you would think they would have a computer program that they could track as to whether the order has been processed, or shipped.
