Poor Customer Service - Repair Service Call Center - garage door opener

I am writing this in the anticipation I will receive a response to my issue.

I purchased a garage door opener in November 2011 and by March 2012 it was broken. I called the Repair Service call center and since then I have received very poor customer service and my garage door opener is still broken.

I have called numerous times explaining exactly what is broken and Sears keeps sending out the incorrect product. I have been told by the agents not to schedule an appointment until I receive the product. My concern is I keep calling and the incorrect parts are sent I will never be able to use the opener! Queston: Why not stock the repair truck with the parts that come with the garage door opener and be ready to repair.

The customer service I have received has been a horrible experience. I have been hung up on, transferred back to the main telephone queue line, put on hold forever, transferred to other repair service areas and feel like I like a hamster on a wheel and you cannot get off.

I just want my garage door opener repaired. I dread that I am going to call again and try to get service.

When I originally called I was told that the area I live in Sears does not book Saturday appointments. I live in a densely populated area and that did not make sense. The next time I called, there are Saturday service...this is really confusing.

Please someone from Sears please assist me with this issue. I just want to be able to use my garage door opener again!

In the beginning when I first purchased the garage door opener and had problems with the installation, I should have taken the opener back and bought it somewhere else!!
