Poor Service on Kenmore Elite Appliances - kenmore ellite fridge


My Kenmore Elite Freezer quit after only 2 months and it took three trips to get problem resolved. Now my matching Kenmore Elite refrigerator has quit after only 6 months and Sears is telling me it will take almost 30 days to get someone out. I have lost over $300.00 in food and I am living out of an ice chest which is vey difficult especially with a litle one in the house. I would definitely recommend not buying any Sears appliance.
