Hello there! We are facing the same situation and thisis very frustrating!!!!!! We dont know what else to do!!!!! We need a fridge after being without one for 3 weeks already! They were suppossed to deliver one today in the morning and it didnt happend! my husband decided to call the 800 number and big mistake! no one was able to give him a certain answer on what happened to the delivery guy that was supposed to deliver the fridge! my husband however had the delivery guy's cell phone # and since no one "was able to get a hold of this guy named Michael" my husband called him personally and he answered!!!!! my husband very polite told him who he was and asked him if was on his way to deliver the fridge since we had been waiting ALL DAY LONG for him to get home his answer was "Maybe, maybe not" .... what type of answer is that?!?!?! dont you guys hire "professional"?!?!?! my husband then told him that we needed it to know a yes or not question since the day was almost over, and what did this guy said? "well I dont know, what do you think?"(with a laugh) cant believe we pay Sears to hires unprofessional people like this guy named "Michael" it was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!! we end up again with no fridge because all the "customer service people" couldnt do anything about it! all they were saying was "we dont know what happen, the delivery guy is not answering, we left him a message, there is nothing we can do" .... WOOOW!!!!!!! .... now we are going to be without a fridge for another 2 days if so! After this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all we can say is: We are NOT doing business with Sears anymore! This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! I will make sure to tell EVERYONE not to do business with this company at all!!!!!!!!and reply to you through MeasuredUp.
