Sear's Broken Washer Machine

I wish your rating system had a rating lower then poor so that I can adequately express how crappy the experience has been with your company. My mother who is 84 years old has been waiting since October 2017 for your contractor (A.E. Solutions) to fix her washer. A.E. Solutions has continued to drop the ball. I am outraged that my 84 year old mother, who lives alone, has been without a working washer since Oct. 2017 when she has a service agreement with your company. She has had an open service call since then, in which she advises that A.E. Solutions has either not showed up for the original day scheduled, made her wait all day for the reschedule, and has not returned with the spare parts to fix her washer as she was advised. This has been an open issue since October 2017!!! This is unbelievably outrageous and inhumane! We need to have this address ASAP!
