Sears Delivery Complain - Mattress and box springs

I bought a mattress set from Sears on May 28, 2012. Before I place an order, the sales person told me that they will deliver the set by next day. But when I place an order, the sales person told me the delivery only available from Tuesday June 5 evening. Here I started not happy because I have to wait for 1 week. At June 4 after 6 pm I get a voice mail saying that I need to call 888 number regarding the delivery. When I call that number, I found out that they're going to deliver the set in the morning, not in the evening like the agreement. I'm not happy once more time at this time. And the lady who received my phone call told me that the next shipment will be available on Friday June 8. Once again, that made me not happy at all. It almost 2 weeks I have to wait for the delivery. After long conversation with the lady, she told me that she is going to issue a $50 gift card for me and make sure they'll deliver the set Friday evening. But on Thursday I got an unexpected voice mail saying that I miss the delivery. How can they said that I miss the delivery? I confused. Then I got another voice mail saying I need to call 888 number for delivery schedule. One more time I called the number and talked with a lady who told me the delivery will be available on Sunday June 10. This make me very very very angry, mad and unhappy at all. If you see from my story, the company does not appreciate their customers' valuable time. Right now I'm so unhappy and angry. I will let you know what happens next!!! Unhappy customer.

After I got a phone call from a case manager from Sears and she agreed to deliver my mattress set by 06/10/12 Sunday evening after 5pm. But, the delivery guy just arrived at my place in the afternoon, way earlier than our agreement, and left a message that they want to reschedule the delivery because nobody was home.
I was so very disappointed with their service.
Could you imagine if you already deal with a case manager and they still cannot deliver the item on the time we had agreed upon.

Very very disappointed.
