I called Sears to repair my broken washing machine that made a loud noise & stopped working. The 1st technician came out & said that the pump was bad & charged me approx $350 & did not run it before leaving. So my washing still was not working & had the loud noise & another "technician" came & said that there was a misdiagnosis by the first guy. The 2nd diagnosis total cost is (aside from what I paid already) was $1550.00!! A total cost of almost $2000.00 to fix!! Sears refused to give a refund because they said the pump was fixed!!
I was arguing the Sears did not give the customer to decline the cost of $2000 to fix the washing machine because the first technician said it will only cost $350....but Sears said they did their job...so now I have a broken washing machine with a new $350 pump.
