When I went to pick up my Kenmore Gas range model 72903 at the Cielo Vista Mall store in El Paso on 5/30/2012 after I received 2 phone messages at the house and one at work that it was ready for pick-up, I was told that it was broken. Why did they call me to say it was ready for pick-up if it was not. I had to trouble a friend with a truck, had a plumber at the house unhocking my old stove and waiting to hook up the new one. After 1.5 hours, I eventually had to reorder and now it was not going to be in until June 16, 2012, i.e. for 16 days. When I checked online today, it showed that the store had 2 in stock available for pick-up. When I called, I was told by the sales representative that yes they had them in stock and I could order it and pick it up right away. However, when I told her that I already ordered it, she connected me to the warehouse where I was told that my promised date was June 16, and I would have to cancel and reorder to get the gas range immediately. Why are they refusing to give me a range they have in stock and available for purchase?
