Sears STOLE $907.37 from Me!! - Kenmore 30" Gas Range with Convection Oven


On JULY 12, I purchased online from the Sears Outlet a Kenmore 30" gas range with convection oven. $907.37 was immediately charged to my card and I got a confirmation #. Well, here it is 21/2 MONTHS!!!!!, no one knows where the stove is and all I've gotten is the run around. One time, one of the "customer service" agents told he was putting me on the phone with the store manager--it was a data input person who had NO IDEA what was going on.Several times computer "down" and they said they can't pull up my complaint, and Supervisior or Manager NEVER AVAILABLE or NEVER CALLS ME BACK!!!! I WANT MY RANGE!!!!! I am going to call the Channel 3 TV complaints and post a video of my empty space in my kitchen AND Wallet!!! No wonder Sears is going broke!!!
