Sears Stove no good defective - Hot Point Stove


I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get rid of this stove and upgrade it for a new one was under 30 days when I first made the call to request a new one. I keep getting the run around from everyone I call. They tell me there processing the order asked me for my credit number 2 times and as Im writing this email have been on hold for 36 minutes. My order # is 844977441. Can you please help me before I make a complaint with the BBB.
