WE PURCHED OUR WASHER ON 05/17/08 WE HAVE HAD 6 SERVICE CALLS THEY HAVE REPLACE ALL MAJOR PARTS AND OUR WASHER.STILL THE VIBRATION IS SO BAD THAT YOU CAN NOT HEAR THE TV HAVE TO PUSH THE WASHER OUT OF THE WAY TO GET OUT OF THE DOOR TO THE GARAGE WE HAVE THE WARRANTY ON IT HAVE CALLED SEARS A NUMBER OF TIME AND GET THE RUN AROUND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP US AS FAR AS THE NO LEMON POLICY IT SUCKS STILL WAITING FOR SOME ONE TO CALL ME
