Sears broken dryer and rude employees - Dryer

I am very upset and have never been treated by any company how Sears treats their customers. I had a service appointment for today 5/3/17 from 7-11 am. I received 2 text from sears saying that my technician was on his way at 7:01am. At 9:30 he still did not show and my husband called in and was told that he is on his way and will be at our home by 10:00am. At 11:30 he still did not show so my husband called again and was told it was cancelled for today as he had a family emergency. We have been told this in the past on 2 other calls for different issues hat he had a family emergency. So I guess that Sears does not care to honor their appointments. I need someone today. This is not acceptable. I called into work today and I am missing a days pay and still don't have my dryer fixed. They say they can't come until Monday which is 2 weeks. Not acceptable. I have been talking to the customer escalation team and no one is willing to help and are very rude. I have all their ID #s if you care to have them. No one will resolve this issue nor cares about service quality. To top it all off I called into the corporate office and reach a receptionist and was hung up on several times after I asked to speak to someone in corporate so I called back and she told me to quit calling and she was very rude and that she is a receptionist and hung up. WOW what a company that you have there!!! I would be immediately fired from my job if I told a customer to quit calling. The number is called was 847-238-7930 and just hung on the line and I got to the receptionist. She SHOULD be FIRED!!!!! Please call me asap or reply back to this email ASAP on how Sears is going to resolve this issue. I need it fixed today as I am home from work or a new dryer.
