This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
I want to file a complaints with Sears about my Kenmore washer, which is still under warranty for the part that need fixing. I have had a service repairman to my house three times. The first Sears repairman came out and looked at the washer, but did not take one screw or part alose and reported that the part was damage by coins being put into the machine. He did not take anything alose or show me any coins that came from the machine, which I know I have never put coins in the washer machine. I have a life time warranty on the stainless steel basket that needs to be repaired and they will not repair it because the first repairman report that the washer was damage by coins, which he never took the machine apart or took a screw out, but made this report. I want sears to honor by warranty and fix my washer, I have been dealing with this for almost 5 months with no results in getting anybody at sears service 800 number to help, they keep me on the line, until I hang up, waiting one for an hour, waiting on someone to come back and help me. I want sears to repair my washer, its under warranty.
