This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
After several tries to tell Sears they were billing a Sears Card that I had cancelled and not the new card I had been assigned, they continued to bill my Sears Connect account to the cancelled card. I now discover that Sears has reported my non payment to the credit bureaux. So, at the age of

70, I now have an imperfect credit rating for the first time in my life, due to Sears apparent in ability to keep their records straight.
I would like an apology and some recompense for this embarrasment.

I have the same experience with Sears Connect. We cancelled the service when we moved and they continued to bill our credit card. We tried to cancel the service 2 times, both times apparantly unsuccessful. Our case was also sent to a credit collections agency because we refused to pay for a service that we weren't receiving. We spoke with over 10 people from Sears Connect and from Chase (credit card provider) and nobody has the ability to fix the mistakes or even have the ability to connect us with someone that could help us. We have yet to hear from anyone from Sears about our matter. In case anyone from sears cares to connect with us we can be reached at jeffrgordon@yahoo.com
