Frustrating doesn't even describe how angry I am at the run around I have received from Sears . I have a 4 year old Kenmore Washing machine that is completely gone. Sears sent 10 boxes at a cost of over $1,600 to fix a $900.00 machine. Now trying for 3 weeks to get a repair done has been crazy. Finally I got so fed up I went out and bought a new machine from another company. Trying to get these parts picked up has been a nightmare!!! I cannot get my refund for my service contract until Sears picks up these 10 boxes. I may just sell them on E-bay as no one will pick them up!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS AGAIN!!!!!!!!.
