Sears shop your way rewards/store employee - mattress sales

I bought a mattress and a cover (which I bought with Shop-rewards points from the matresss I just bought) at a store. The next day the employee called me and told me she had to enter the order again (re-ring) by phone When she did this, since I did not returned the cover for the mattress at the same time, they charged it to my Sears card since the shop-your-way rewards points were not there. Now I returned the cover and they paid me back with points which I am obliged to use at their stores and have to pay this same money back to my Sears card!
