Sears washer broken - maytag washer

I have been stood up 2 times by the repair technician, made numerous phone calls to reschedule and find out the status of my schedules repair, got nothing but the run around, have been disconnected multiple times, been talked to by the Sears rep as if I were an olive short of a martini.... I will NEVER buy anything from SEARS again. Is it not a breach of contract on their part if they do not fulfill their commitment on a repair warranty which I purchased for a lot of $$.
