Wash Machine broke dow for going 3 weeks ??? - Washer Dry Combo

My Washer dryer Combo broke down some 3 weeks ago, Sear's repair came out and did rebuild the unit and checked it out 1 compleate day taken. When the repair person left my wife trued to wash a load of cloths, Well the washer would not work on its own times. I called and made a repair appointmen , Another week went by, appointment was to between 8 AM andf 12 PM It,s now 2:45 PM and NO repair person. more compleate day of waiting and nothing but B.S from the repair service people. I have filed a complaint with Sear's complaint dept to see what can be done???. Its bad enough to wait for the repair person to arrive on the job but when he over booked it just pisses people off to no end. I feel that the scheaduling of these person should be looked at to more efficent to you and your customers. Thanks
