This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had the mother board go out on my washing machine and sears came out to repair it. They stated the part had a 90 day warranty. Less than 90 days the washing machine is broken again. When I called to make an appointment for them to come and repair the washing machine they have me an appointment ONE MONTH out. When the repair man finally arrives he confirms that the part that he had placed on the machine was faulty. He tried to order the part the parts department stated the part was a ghost part they could not find that it was ever ordered. So another appointment was made for repair and I was told the part was ordered . Another repairman arrived weeks later without a part, and now they want me to pay for the part. What is wrong with the picture. DO NOT buy appliances at SEARS if you want them to last for more than 1 year.
