This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
I have had the worse experience with a mattress delivery from Sears . No one called to let us know the postal code was wrong on the delivery address. We waited for 6 hours for delivery. I called and was told the mattress delivery first they had showed up and then no they did not show up. Now it is a real mess no mattress set and have to put up with really rude customer service people. Still don't know when I will receive the mattress set!
