I bought a sears push mower one year ago,its a piece of crap,the motor is going bad,the wheels are bad,its so sad that a lawn mower cant last more than a year. I want my money back or a new mower

My name is Ronald Rode,and on June 20,2010 I had my Craftsman Riding Lawn mower serviced and the gentleman that serviced it was very informative on what he was doing.He re-adjusted my valves and changed the plug while explaining everything he was doing.Willis,tech ID #0560995 was very helpful and I give him all 5's.I would recommend him to my friends as a great Serviceman.
