This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
I used a Sears lawn mower for over 20 years, until 2003. When the repair people in College Point, NY told me they can't fix it I bought a new lawn mower from Sears. This lawn mower broke in 2009 and Sears repair people said the motor broke and it is not economical to repair it. I should buy a new lawn mower, which I did. This lawn mower has the same problem (craftsman, model 917.389010, rotary lawn mower) as the 2nd lawn mover the motor is broken and the repair people in College Point, NY said again I should buy a new lawn mower.
I believe you anderstand that I am very angry. 2 lawn mover with the same problem? I believe something in the construction is wrong. I need a new lawn mower Please advice. Thanks
