Sears customer service is TERRIBLE. I purchased warranties on very expensive items. It takes AT LEAST 5 phone calls to get anyone to help you. They are rude and cut you off, (I spoke with Cameron, Mark, Arci, and Val and someone else whose name I didn't get) They do not speak English well, and if they do they still manage to cut you off somehow. I purchased a Samsung front loader washer and dryer for my mom, then a set for myself. I spent close to 5 thousand dollars. Save your money and get a regular priced item.. They last longer and give fewer troubles. The biggest trouble is Sears customer service. WHAT HAPPENED TO SEARS? They used to have excellent customer service. It was why people shopped there!
