Great service for a home refrigertor repair - Kitcheraid Refrigerator

I had excellent service. Alfredo was the repair man who serviced my refrigerator. He called in advance of his arrival letting me know of the approximate time when he wound arrive. He knew immediately what was wrong with my refrigerator and repaired it quickly.
He let me know the cost of the repair and explained each part of the cost.
I felt very confident when my husband called Sears that the repair service sent to our home would be reliable and it was. Thank you for the great service.
