In July of this year, 2014, I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer set for my daughter from the Sears Store in Great Falls, MT. This Sears store has since closed. The dryer stopped heating the 1st week of November. She had to wait for repair service from Sears until December 10, 2014, today December 17, 2014, the dryer has once again stopped heating and the next available date Sears can send a repairman is January 6, 2015. This is not acceptable. This is a new appliance and we should be refunded since it obviously has a malfunction if it breaks down 1 week after being repaired. She is a single working mom with 3 children at home, to expect her to not have a working dryer for over 7 weeks is just wrong, and if she hires somebody locally to repair the dryer, it invalidates the warranty. If you will not refund the cost paid for the dryer that does not work, then send a repairman by the next day each time it quits working.
